The Great British Fondant Fancy is a crowd pleaser for all ages, and a great addition to an afternoon tea celebration.

Out fondant fancies have a layer of white chocolate, 2 layers of vanilla sponge, strawberry jam, vanilla buttercream, marzipan, fondant icing and a cute jubilee theme topper.

Of everything we make in the kitchen, this is the product that any misshapen ones get fought over. They are worth it!
