We’ve got layers of shortbread made with Welsh Butter, vanilla sponge, strawberry gel, strawberry compote, Vanilla Mousse made with Welsh cream, strawberry mousse and chocolate decorations.
Sian has gone for a modern look to the gateaux, with shiny mirror glaze for a fancy yet familiar patisserie.
