We’ve got layers of crunchy chocolate feuittine, chocolate sponge, cherry gel, cherry compote, Vanilla Mousse made with Welsh cream, Cherry mousse, dark chocolate decorations and collar.
Sian has gone for a modern look to the gateaux, with shiny mirror glaze for a fancy yet familiar patisserie.
This is a 8″ square, so serves approximately 10-12 portions. The chocolate plaque is an optional addition.
