All of our products are delivered and collected frozen unless otherwise requested, please give us a ring on 01633 862058 if you have any questions. This cake takes approx 2hrs to defrost and can be stored somewhere cool for up to 4 days after defrost.
We freeze our cakes for a variety of reasons, including safe transport from us to your home, keeping our products as fresh as possible, minimising food waste, being able to provide a huge range of cakes available with little notice and being able to make in larger batches which means we can keep the price at a really reasonable level.
We decorate all of our cakes by hand and therefore there may be some variation in design, with no notice given. Please check your order before you leave the store. We can always help find an alternative in store
